CATS

Pure Rhythms youngest members finished the term with a fabulous performance of songs from ‘ Annie. ‘ They all sang and danced with confidence, and their faces showed how much fun they were having . The Tinies Trophy was awarded to Freya . It was an extra treat to have an Annie , Izzy had been Annie in a production that week so sang a beautiful version of ‘Maybe’ to open the performance.

ANNIE

Students were very lucky to have a workshop run by Ryan Gover on Movement and make up for the production of CATS being put on in July. Ryan, who trained at Arts Educational Schools had so much to offer the students having had such a successful career himself ( and still performing) with credits including 42nd Street, Charlie and The Chocolate Factory ,Oliver, We will Rock you, Cats and The Wizard of Oz .The students loved learning about the production itself, Cats movement skills and the make up needed. Many students made their own tails to get into their part which was great fun the week before.
