Performance is magic for pupils
A new theatre school is opening in Saffron Walden later this year.
The Pure Rhythm School of Performing Arts will be opening its doors for the first time this September, at the County High Dance Studios, for children aged seven years and upwards.
Pupils will learn a combination of dance, drama and singing every Saturday morning and there will be regular guest appearances from theatre specialists in the fields of makeup, lighting, costume and set design.
Sue Raven, of Pure Rhythm, said: "All the new teachers and I are really looking forward to the start of our first term.
"We want to offer students of all ages the opportunity to develop confidence and performance skills in a lively, fun and stimulating way, providing a platform to express themselves and learn the magic of the performing arts."
